Little Coney was owned by Abe Soet and his wife.
A 1913 newspaper article stated that Little Coney, located at Buckeye Beach, was closed and that Mr. and Mrs. Soet expected to winter at St. Petersburg or Pass-a-Grill, Fla., “where Mr. Soet intends to enter some kind of business.”
